Part Time Speech Language Pathologist

About the role

Provide skilled speech and language therapy to patients with diverse diagnoses and disabilities in a home-health setting, delivering patient-centered care across a managed caseload.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients, considering individual physical and age-related needs.
• Conduct professional consultations to promote patient independence based on functional levels.
• Provide patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited program or equivalent experience.
• Specialized training relevant to department needs.
• Oregon Speech Language Pathologist License.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
