Responsibilities
- Cleanliness and presentation of the spa, pool(s), hot tub(s), men’s/women’s locker rooms.
- Replace and remove towels for cleaning.
- Communicate with guests offering water, towels, or assistance.
- Maintain cleanliness and free from debris of all carpeted areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and well maintained condition of all hard floors.
- Knowledgeable regarding equipment and chemicals.
- Understand hazard communications program.
- Respond to guest and management requests.
- Flexible with schedule to meet hotel needs.
- Immediately clean up all spills.
- Monitor and report all maintenance-related problems.
- A detail-oriented, organized, and flexible individual.
- Ability to multi-task and be adaptable to differing situations.
- Good inter-personal and communication skills.
- Personality characteristics of being personable, respectful, positive, ethical, trustworthy, professional, self-motivated, diplomatic, and confident.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Fulfill performance standards for this position.
- Comply with policies, rules and procedures of the Hotel.
