Part Time Solar Bears Game Night Intern

What the position will be responsible for

• Support with social media initiatives and trends
• Provide support in creation and distribution of marketing material to promote events and games
• Aid in corporate sponsorship prospecting, research, presentation, and execution
• Contribute to group ticket lead generation and sales
• Organize the creation and execution of in-game promotions, pregame and intermission contests, and various other marketing initiatives throughout the community.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Working towards a degree in sports management and/or marketing preferred
• Sales experience helpful but not required
• Must be Social Media savvy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other related computer skills required
• Adobe Photoshop skills are not required but are valuable.
• Must have availability to work 30 out of the 36 home games. You may not work all of the games you are available, but we need you to have that availability in case it is needed.

Physical requirements

• Must be able to lift 20+ lbs.
