What You'll Be Doing
- Welcome guests with energy and enthusiasm, creating a fun and engaging shopping experience
- Connect with customers through genuine conversations to understand their style, needs, and mountain or après goals
- Showcase your product expertise by sharing knowledge about technical features, fit, and mountain performance
- Close sales with confidence while building authentic relationships that keep guests coming back
- Elevate the experience by suggesting complementary products and services that enhance their mountain adventures
- Maintain point-of-sale systems to process transactions smoothly and efficiently
- Create eye-catching displays that showcase our latest gear and inspire customers
- Manage inventory by restocking, organizing, and maintaining our softgoods collection
- Perform other duties as assigned
What Makes You a Fit
- Outgoing, friendly, and love talking gear and mountain style all day
- Loving to ski or snowboard (or eager to learn)
- Flexible with your schedule — holidays, weekends, split shifts?
- Good on your feet (literally — standing for hours is no big deal)
- Can lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer skills for processing transactions and documentation
- Strong English fluency (written and verbal)
