We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes introductory paragraph: "When you join the growing BILH team, you're not just taking a job, you’re making a difference in people’s lives. The part time Cardiac Medicine Social Worker work with high acuity patients and their families on a cardiac medicine floor. Opportunity to utilize brief counseling skills to support adjustment to illness and patient engagement in their treatment. Work closely with physician, nursing, rehab and case management colleagues as well as community-based agencies to help facilitate transition to appropriate level of care and optimize treatment outcomes. Clinical supervision and professional development are provided and highly valued. Continuing education and Social Work Grand Rounds provided on site. Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center is committed to social justice and health equity for their patients, and values providing care to underserved populations." That could be "About the role" or maybe "Overview". Use

for section headings. We need sections only when there is real specific content. We'll have sections: About the role (intro), Responsibilities (Essential Responsibilities list), Requirements (Required Qualifications), Preferred Qualifications (maybe separate or combine?), Skills? Not explicit. Benefits? Not explicit except maybe clinical supervision, professional development, continuing education, Social Work Grand Rounds. Could be Benefits. Pay Range is given: $41,982.72 - $67,803.84 USD. So we need Pay section. Schedule? Not given (part time mentioned). Could include Schedule: part time. The posting says "part time Cardiac Medicine Social Worker". So schedule: part time. We'll include Schedule section. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, vaccination requirement? That's maybe not needed but could be considered minor metadata; we can fold into short p or drop. The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." Vaccination requirement maybe minor metadata; we could include in a short p under maybe "Additional Information". But better to drop if not essential. However we need to preserve ALL substantive information; vaccination requirement is substantive? It's a condition of employment. Might be considered substantive. But we could include in a short p under "Additional Information" but we shouldn't create a heading unless there is real specific content. Could create a section "Additional Information" with p containing vaccination requirement and maybe the statement about >35,000 employees. But that's more fluff. Might be considered boilerplate. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." Vaccination requirement is not exactly those but could be considered a condition of employment; maybe keep. However we need to decide. We also have "Physical Nature Of The Job" details: Light work etc. That's substantive; could be under "Physical Requirements" or maybe under "Requirements". Could create a section "Physical Requirements". But we need to avoid thin sections. Could combine with Requirements. We have "Age Based Competencies": Young adult, Middle Age, Elderly. That's also substantive; could be under "Requirements" or "Qualifications". We'll include under Requirements. We have "Required Qualifications": Master's degree in Social Work, Experience with computer systems required, including web-based applications and some Microsoft Office applications which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive and SharePoint. We have "Preferred Qualifications": Relevant health care and/or human service experience. We have "Pay Range": $41,982.72 USD - $67,803.84 USD. We have "Schedule": part time (mentioned). Could be under Schedule. We have "Benefits": Clinical supervision and professional development provided and highly valued. Continuing education and Social Work Grand Rounds provided on site. Could be Benefits. We have "Responsibilities": list of essential responsibilities. We have "About the role": introductory paragraph. We'll produce sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Preferred Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. Good. We need to use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. We have Pay range stated, schedule part time stated, benefits stated. Now produce HTML fragment. Let's craft:

    Schedule

    Part‑time

We need to ensure no extra sections like "About the role" duplicates. Also ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like Equal Opportunity Employer etc. We removed that. Check that we preserved all substantive info: Intro paragraph, responsibilities list, required qualifications, preferred qualifications, age based competencies, physical nature, benefits, pay, schedule. Also we kept mention of "Clinical supervision and professional development are provided and highly valued." and "Continuing education and Social Work Grand Rounds provided on site." Good. We didn't include the statement about "Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center is committed to social justice..." we included in About the role. We didn't include the statement about "More than 35,000 people working together..." etc. That's likely boilerplate; we removed. We didn't include vaccination requirement; we removed as maybe minor metadata. Could be considered substantive but it's a condition of employment. However the instruction says to remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate; vaccination requirement is not exactly those but could be considered a condition. I'd keep it maybe as a short p under Additional Information? But we didn't create Additional Information section. Could add a short p under "Additional Information" but that would be a new section with only that line; might be considered thin. Better to drop? The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." Vaccination requirement could be considered minor metadata; we can fold into a short p maybe under "Additional Information" but we don't have that heading. Could add a short p after Schedule? But that would be extra content not under a heading; maybe allowed? The instruction says output only HTML fragment; we can include a

anywhere. But better to keep under a heading if we have content. Could add a section "Additional Information" with p containing vaccination requirement and maybe the statement about >35,000 employees. But that might be considered boilerplate. The >35,000 employees is likely fluff. Vaccination requirement is more substantive. I'd include a short p under "Additional Information" but we need a heading; we could use

    Additional Information

and then p. However the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Adding a thin section for just one line may be discouraged. Could we fold vaccination requirement into an existing section like Requirements or Benefits? It's not really a requirement or benefit. Could add to Requirements as a bullet: "Must be vaccinated against influenza (flu) as a condition of employment". That seems appropriate under Requirements. Let's do that. Add a bullet under Requirements: "Must be vaccinated against influenza (flu) as a condition of employment". That preserves info. Now we have Requirements bullets: Master's degree, Experience with computer systems, Age Based Competencies, Physical Nature of the Job, Vaccination requirement. Now we have all substantive info. Check we didn't miss anything: "Opportunity to utilize brief counseling skills to support adjustment to illness and patient engagement in their treatment." That's in intro. "Work closely with physician, nursing, rehab and case management colleagues as well as community-based agencies to help facilitate transition to appropriate level of care and optimize treatment outcomes." In intro. "Clinical supervision and professional development are provided and highly valued." In Benefits. "Continuing education and Social Work Grand Rounds provided on site." In Benefits. "Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center is committed to social justice and health equity for their patients, and values providing care to underserved populations." In intro. "Job Description Essential Responsibilities:" we captured. "Staff licensed as an LICSW may supervise staff or student interns and Serves as a content resource for multidisciplinary staff; and mentor/trainer to less experienced staff." In
