Part Time - Social Worker

Role Overview

Responsible for providing professional, complex social services to patients and their families within an interdisciplinary setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver interdisciplinary, complex social services to support patient and family needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure compliance with licensure and certification requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma required.
• Master’s Degree in Social Work essential.
• Preferred: 2 years of experience in Social Work and Counseling.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
• SAFE Approach Level III certification within 6 months of hire.
