About the role
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans to promote positive patient outcomes.
- Provide therapy services to patients with diverse diagnoses.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality care.
Requirements
- Current BLS certification (AHA preferred).
- Active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- Supervisory professional references.
- Ability to pass drug and background screenings.
Qualifications
- Experience in SNF settings preferred, with a minimum of one year recent experience.
