About the role

Join the Rallye Motor Company! As Long Island's premier luxury automotive group, we have an exciting opportunity for a Part-time Showroom Greeter/Receptionist with Rallye Mercedes-Benz!

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for our clients—greeting them with a smile and directing them to the right department
• Handle incoming phone calls and assist with inquiries to ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Support our sales team by managing showroom traffic flow and keeping the area organized
• Assist with data entry and maintain an efficient record-keeping system
• Perform various clerical duties to keep our operations running smoothly

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is a must
• Exceptional communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• A knack for multitasking and staying organized in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in phone handling and basic computer skills; familiarity with Google Suite and Excel is a plus
• A professional appearance and the ability to work collaboratively with others
• Must be available for flexible part-time hours, including weekends
