Part-Time Shift Supervisor

About the role

A Shift Supervisor supports store operations and management, ensuring smooth daily functioning and excellent customer service. When managers are absent, they lead staff, oversee opening and closing procedures, and maintain store standards.

Responsibilities

• Management: Supervise store staff, assign tasks, communicate effectively with management and crew.
• Customer Service: Assist customers, handle inquiries and complaints, promote a positive shopping experience, and uphold confidentiality.
• Merchandise & Presentation: Price, stock, and reset merchandise, execute displays, signage, and inventory according to planograms.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong communication, supervision, deductive reasoning, and computer skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, overnights, and weekends.
• Retail supervisory experience is preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is desirable but not required.

Pay & Schedule

• Part-time role (~25 hours/week)
• Pay range $16.50 - $24.00/hour
