Part Time Shift Supervisor

About the role

QDOBA Mexican Eats is looking for a Shift Supervisor who’s ready to bring energy, leadership, and flavor to a vibrant, people-first culture. As the go-to leader when the General Manager or Assistant Manager isn’t on deck, you’ll guide your team through fast-paced shifts while keeping the guest experience high.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team through flavorful, fast-paced shifts
• Maintain high energy and guest experience
• Support training and coaching for crew members
• Manage inventory, cash, and daily operations
• Jump in wherever needed—register, grill, line, prep
• Ensure the restaurant is clean, safe, and running smoothly

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience (preferred)
• Natural leadership skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Flexibility with hours (nights, weekends, and holidays included)
• Passion for delivering great food and great vibes
