Part-Time Shift Supervisor

About the role

The Shift Supervisor supports store management by driving store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and building customer loyalty. They lead store staff in the absence of management, oversee opening and closing procedures, and supervise daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store teams, assign tasks, and communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, promote a positive shopping experience, and maintain confidentiality.
• Price, stock, display, and reset merchandise according to planograms and promotional needs.

Qualifications

• State licensure as required by law.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Skills

• Strong deductive reasoning, analytical, and computer skills.
• Excellent communication and supervision abilities.
• Preferred: Retail supervisory experience.

Pay

Competitive pay range of $16.00 - $23.00 per hour.
