Part-Time Server - Windsor Court

About the role

The Windsor of Savoy in Savoy, Illinois seeks a Part-Time Server to provide exceptional formal table service for residents and their guests.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient and formal table service to residents and guests during mealtimes and catered functions.
• Assist with food preparation, set-up, and clean-up to ensure a smooth dining experience.
• Respond to resident requests and resolve any concerns promptly.
• Ensure food is presented and served according to established standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to maintain a high standard of service.

Requirements

• Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED preferred. Must be at least 16 years old.
• Food Handler Certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Skills: Strong customer service skills, ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members, and a passion for serving others in a formal dining setting.
• Physical & Mental Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform repetitive motions. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment. Must be able to pass preemployment screening including drug testing.
