About the role
Join a compassionate team as a Part-Time Server, responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for residents.
Responsibilities
- Enhance dining by assisting with tray carrying, beverage service, and responding to resident needs.
- Provide warm greetings, guide menus, take accurate orders, and serve courses in Fine Dining settings.
- Maintain cleanliness by clearing and resetting tables, handling dishes, and organizing the dining area.
- Support overall cleanliness through tasks like vacuuming and cleaning the salad bar.
- Deliver room service meals and collect trays with a friendly attitude.
- Listen to resident feedback and communicate concerns to supervisors.
- Assist with additional tasks as needed to support team operations.
Requirements
- Must be at least 15 years old; no prior experience required.
- Effective English communication with residents and staff.
- Ability to obtain necessary food handler permits within two weeks.
- Compliance with local work permit regulations, if applicable.
