About the Role

Server in a senior living community, responsible for providing meal service in the dining room to residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set-ups, take orders, serve food and beverages, and bus tables.
• Ensure efficient and pleasant dining experiences by following dietary standards and infection control procedures.
• Communicate effectively with residents and team members, acting as a liaison between residents and the food service department.
• Maintain cleanliness, proper use of equipment, and adhere to safety and resident rights policies.
• Support resident-centered activities and participate in meetings and training as required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform related tasks.
• Professional appearance, good hygiene, and dependability.
• Completion of background and drug screening.
