About the Role
Server in a senior living community, responsible for providing meal service in the dining room to residents.
Responsibilities
- Take and serve orders
- Set up and clean dining areas
- Assist with meal preparations
- Pour beverages
- Ensure a pleasant dining experience for residents
- Work collaboratively with staff
- Follow dietary standards and maintain safety and infection control procedures
- Support resident engagement
- Participate in community activities and meetings
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Adhere to dress code and safety policies
- Must be dependable, communicative, and respectful towards residents and team members
