Part Time Senior Living Server

About the role

Responsible for providing meal service to residents in a manner that ensures a pleasant, efficient dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in meal set-up, take orders, serve food and beverages, and bus tables to maintain smooth dining operations.
• Prepare foods according to dietary standards and ensure proper use of kitchen and dining equipment.
• Follow infection control procedures, residents' rights policies, and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with residents and team members, acting as a liaison between residents and the food service department.
• Maintain a clean, neat appearance and adhere to dress code and hygiene standards.
• Support resident-centered activity programs and participate in team meetings and training.
• Support resident activities, participate in committees, and perform other assigned tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform related tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to relate courteously to residents and staff.
• Ability to follow directions, policies, and safety procedures.
• Must be free of communicable diseases, pass background checks, and drug testing.
