About The Role

We are seeking a Part-Time Senior Field Service Technician to tackle a variety of residential and light commercial repairs, maintenance tasks, and small remodeling projects across our local area. This position is perfect for a seasoned pro who wants to keep their hands in the trade, work independently, and enjoy steady, predictable hours without the stress of managing a business, running a crew, or working full-time weeks.

What You'll Do

• Execute Multi-Trade Projects: Perform high-quality home repairs, finish carpentry, door/window adjustments, drywall repairs, tile fixes, and light fixture updates.
• Operate Autonomously: Drive directly to job sites, manage your workday efficiently, and complete jobs independently from start to finish.
• On-Site Client Interaction & Estimating: Diagnose customer issues, present clear options, provide accurate project estimates, and build strong trust on-site.
• Maintain High Standards: Ensure clean, safe job sites and properly care for company equipment and materials.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ Years of Multi-Trade Experience: Proven expertise as a lead carpenter, senior repair technician, or master handyman.
• Self-Motivated & Independent: Ability to troubleshoot on the fly and deliver top-quality workmanship without on-site supervision.
• Professional Communication: Polite, customer-focused, and comfortable talking directly with homeowners.
• Tools & Licensing: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (insurable) and your own set of professional-grade hand and power tools.
• Physical Capability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs independently and work comfortably overhead or on ladders.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Part-Time Pay: $25.00 – $38.00 / hour (commensurate with experience and productivity).
