Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor facility premises during assigned shifts while the plant is closed
- Conduct routine patrols of buildings, grounds, and parking areas
- Control access by verifying identification and authorizing entry when required
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or suspicious activity
- Complete detailed logs and incident reports
- Ensure all doors, gates, and access points are secured
- Communicate any safety or security concerns to management
- Coverage of emergency response procedures, including evacuation or incident containment
Qualifications

- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to remain alert and attentive during overnight or extended shifts
- Strong observation and communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
Physical Requirements

- Ability to walk or stand for extended periods
- Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs if necessary
- Patrol indoor and outdoor areas in various weather conditions
Additional Requirements
Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation Range
The pay range for this position is $15.82 - $25.24 annually. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between $17.21 to $17.21. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
