Custodial personnel ensure the safety of Bennett Day School through the performance of general cleaning and maintenance of sanitary systems at all facilities including the building and grounds. The work is carried out under the general direction and supervision of the Director of Operations. Job Hours 6:00PM to 12:00AM Monday-Friday or Sunday-ThursdayAdditional Hours Available Job Specifications Perform facilities custodial services ensuring adherence to school standards Cooperate with school management to ensure all work is accomplished in a timely mannerReport any observed maintenance or repair issuesAttend any meetings as requestedAssist in the set up/breakdown for assemblies, meetings and events Store cleaning supplies and school-wide deliveries as neededEnsure that all activities operate consistently and ethically within the mission and values of Bennett Day SchoolCustodial personnel perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations and the administration. Requirements Job Qualifications: Prior commercial custodial experience preferredAccountability for time and inventory managementSelf-motivationStrong work ethicCooperative Approach Job Requirements Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach on a daily basisAble to lift and move up to 75 pounds occasionallyAble to work outside in varying conditionsRegular and on-time attendanceHours may include evenings and weekends Salary Description $18/hour
