About The Hub

The Hub is a speakeasy-style restaurant/bar in Craig, MT, with a rotating, destination-inspired menu. The dining experience focuses on themed dinners inspired by fly-fishing destinations around the world. The space is intimate with limited reservations each night and operates seven days a week from 5pm–10pm.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a genuine smile
• Guide guests through daily features and specials
• Create a smooth, comfortable, and memorable guest experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Deliver meals promptly and professionally
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area
• Work closely with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure seamless service
• Set and clear tables
• Restock supplies
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Promote menu features when appropriate
