About the Role

As a Key Holder, you’ll report to the Store Manager and play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, coaching the team, and supporting store operations. Responsibilities

• Model and coach the team to deliver the ultimate customer experience.
• Support store management in training and coaching staff on LS&CO selling practices and customer service.
• Assist in maximizing sales opportunities and meeting store goals.
• Ensure operational excellence in merchandising, store operations, and visual presentation.
• Lead by example, fostering a positive and engaging shopping environment.
• Comply with all Levi's® Stores policies, procedures, and programs.

Requirements

• Ability to handle heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.), constant movement, kneeling, carrying items, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Pay

The pay range for this role is $15.40 - $25.65 per hour, varying with experience and qualifications. LS&Co pays at least the local, state, or federal minimum wage, whichever is higher.
