Part-Time Sales Team Member - Stewartville

About the role

Anytime Fitness is seeking a Sales Team Member to assist the Club Manager in daily duties, member relations, and gym maintenance. The ideal candidate should be an energetic, motivated, and personable individual with a passion for helping others and improving their lives through health and fitness.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership, training, and merchandise sales.
• Answer phone calls, text messages, and club emails.
• Set appointments for the Club Manager and Training Manager.
• Perform follow-up functions (calls, emails, texts) to members and prospects.
• Clean and maintain the club and equipment.
• Stock merchandise when needed.
• Auxiliary club social media to enhance engagement, community, and culture.
• Collect and enter payments from members.
• Count the till and account for money coming into the club.
• Assist with other projects as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of multiple PC software packages such as MSOffice suite.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional office skills.
• Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and multi-task.

Pay

• Base hourly wage + commission.

Schedule

• Part-time, hourly position.
• Business days are Monday through Friday.
• Saturdays may be required based on seasonality.
