Achievement and Goals

Product Knowledge

  • Demonstrate complete knowledge of merchandise features and benefits to maximize sales opportunity

Client Development

  • Be a quick thinker who listens to the customer and identifies their needs
  • Overcome objections if raised
  • Identify and capture customer contact information for future communication
  • Utilize multiple means (phone, email, written) to build relationships with customers

Store Maintenance

  • Maintain housekeeping and visual standards of the store
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) register system
  • Operate email system

Inventory Management

  • Safeguard store’s inventory by adhering to loss prevention program

Operational Compliance

  • Follow all store operational policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in luxury retail sales is preferred
  • Sales-driven, goal-oriented individual
  • Positive, high-energy, friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer skills to operate retail POS system, Word, Excel, and email
  • Able to lift, carry, or move objects weighing up to 35 pounds when merchandising the sales floor
  • Able to use ladders or stairs

Benefits
