Part-Time Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Aid in training and developing a successful sales team.
  • Ensure all customer service initiatives are in place to address issues quickly and courteously.
  • Act as a liaison between customers, sales associates, the Assistant Store Manager, and the Store Manager.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, management, and corporate stakeholders.
  • Aid in various store operations, including floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, cleaning duties when necessary, and returning products to inventory as needed.
  • Be flexible and occasionally perform work outside of your specific role.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate people, resources, and services to address business goals and needs.
  • Strong team-building skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.
