Part Time Sales Rep - Entry Level - Paid Weekly

About the role

Part-time sales representative position with an option to work a full schedule. Start work within a week after requesting an interview.

Basic responsibilities involve working with customers, explaining American-made CUTCO products, and placing orders.

Base pay is paid weekly and is not based on sales or results, with additional incentives possible based on performance. No previous experience is needed; full training is provided.

Pay

Representatives are paid a base rate of $24.00 per appointment (not based on sales) or can choose a commission structure based on performance. This ensures a fallback income even during slower weeks, with opportunities to earn more.

Training

Comprehensive training is provided, with over 40 years of experience in developing sales, networking, and communication skills applicable to any field.

Schedule

Flexible scheduling tailored to individual needs. Reps can work part-time, full-time, or around other commitments such as classes, full-time jobs, internships, vacations, or family obligations.

Location

Sales reps work locally after training. Meetings and training sessions are held in the office.

Advancement

Long-term opportunities include advancement into management or becoming a career sales professional, even for those starting part-time with no prior experience.

Requirements

• Enjoy working with people
• Ages eighteen plus, or seventeen and a high school graduate (conditions apply)
• Able to start within the next 7–10 days
• Willing to learn and apply new skills

Who would do well

Successful candidates often come from diverse backgrounds, including retail, fast food, cashier, administrative assistant, receptionist, office work, server, landscaping, or no prior experience at all. A positive attitude and enjoyment of working with people are key.
