Part Time Sales Rep - Entry Level - Flexible Work
We are currently interviewing for part-time sales representatives, with an option to work a full schedule. Start work within the week after a virtual interview.
About the role
This remote position involves working with customers, explaining our American-made CUTCO products, and placing orders. Base pay is paid weekly and is not based on sales or results, though performance-based incentives are available.
Pay
Representatives earn a base pay of $18.00 per appointment (not based on sales) or can opt for a commission structure. There is potential to earn more, with a guaranteed income even during slower weeks.
Training
Comprehensive training is provided, with over 40 years of experience in preparing individuals for success. Skills in sales, networking, and communication are developed and transferable to any field.
Schedule
Flexible scheduling is available to accommodate various commitments, including classes, full-time jobs, internships, vacations, or family obligations. Representatives can work part-time or full-time based on their availability.
Location
Sales representatives work locally after training. Meetings and training sessions are held in the office.
Advancement
Long-term opportunities include advancement into management or becoming a career sales professional, even for those starting part-time with no prior experience.
Requirements
- Enjoy working with people
- Ages 18+ or 17 with a high school diploma (conditions apply)
- Able to start within the next 7–10 days
- Willing to learn and apply new skills
Who would do well
Successful candidates often come from diverse backgrounds, including retail, fast food, cashier, administrative, receptionist, office work, serving, landscaping, or no prior experience. A positive attitude and enjoyment of working with people are key.
