About the Role

As a Sales Growth Business Partner, you will introduce Flowmingo to forward-thinking companies and leaders in your network. Your mission is to help them modernize hiring, streamline screening, and embrace AI-assisted selection. This is a referral-based role with no fixed hours, offering flexibility and high-impact potential for agency recruiters, HR consultants, talent acquisition experts, or anyone with strong ties in the hiring space.

Responsibilities

• Introduce Flowmingo to your network and community.
• Share how our AI interview platform transforms hiring and saves time.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact and thought partner as users explore the platform.
• Provide real-time market feedback to help improve our product and programs.
• Operate independently and earn based on your results.

Pay

This is a commission-only partner role designed for independent, performance-driven professionals. You earn through a 50-50 revenue-share model, receiving 50% of the revenue generated by the companies you bring in.
