• Team Collaboration: support the Store Manager, motivate teammates, share sales tips, and create a high‑energy vibe.

Job Requirements

• Can conduct piercings with patience and empathy, especially for young or anxious customers.
• Proficient in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales efficiently.
• Completed some high school and have at least one year of retail management experience.
• Able to stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver 11‑35 kg (25‑75 lb).
• Capable of bending, stooping, reaching, and climbing ladders or step stools while stocking merchandise and assisting customers.
• Passionate about providing customers opportunities for self‑expression.
• Energized by interacting with customers and committed to excellent service.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation

All positions are compensated at or above the legally mandated minimum wage for the location. Final compensation is determined by factors such as relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
