Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced, part-time Sales Manager to drive growth across New York City's on- and off-trade accounts. This role blends sales planning, account management, and brand building.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement territory-level sales plans for NYC on and off-trade accounts.
- Identify new opportunities and prioritize high-potential venues and retailers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bars, restaurants, and premium retailers.
- Conduct educational tastings and in-person meetings to deepen brand engagement.
- Ensure sell-through and visibility at point-of-sale.
- Partner with marketing on promotional campaigns and activations.
- Share insights from activations and account performance to inform broader marketing and sales strategy.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in beverage/alcohol sales, brand ambassadorship, or hospitality.
- Strong network in NYC’s bar, restaurant, and retail scene.
- Able to work independently, manage your own schedule, and deliver results.
- Confident communicator with excellent follow-through and reporting discipline.
- Passion for spirits, hospitality, and culture.
- Must be 21+ and legally authorized to work in the US.
Pay
$35-$40/hr, depending on experience + commission
