Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced, part-time Sales Manager to drive growth across New York City's on- and off-trade accounts. This role blends sales planning, account management, and brand building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement territory-level sales plans for NYC on and off-trade accounts.
  • Identify new opportunities and prioritize high-potential venues and retailers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with bars, restaurants, and premium retailers.
  • Conduct educational tastings and in-person meetings to deepen brand engagement.
  • Ensure sell-through and visibility at point-of-sale.
  • Partner with marketing on promotional campaigns and activations.
  • Share insights from activations and account performance to inform broader marketing and sales strategy.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in beverage/alcohol sales, brand ambassadorship, or hospitality.
  • Strong network in NYC’s bar, restaurant, and retail scene.
  • Able to work independently, manage your own schedule, and deliver results.
  • Confident communicator with excellent follow-through and reporting discipline.
  • Passion for spirits, hospitality, and culture.
  • Must be 21+ and legally authorized to work in the US.

Pay

$35-$40/hr, depending on experience + commission
