Responsibilities

  • Set clear daily performance objectives, plan and execute daily huddle with the team, and lead the sales floor during assigned shifts.
  • Drive sales results and conversion by analyzing the business during assigned shifts to determine proper key performance indicators focus.
  • Role model, coach, and provide feedback on selling behaviors, in all interactions.
  • Maintain a strong brand presentation to maximize the customer experience.
  • Adhere to and hold part-time team accountable to all company Standard Operating Practices.
  • Support BOPIS activity, daily custom space sales goals and lead/appointment conversion.
  • Work with the team to maintain a strong brand presentation to maximize the customer experience.
  • Adhere to loss prevention methods to meet shrink goals and minimize lost revenue.
  • Model our company Foundation Principles and Core Competencies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned and necessary for the Sales Leader role.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of retail sales or related experience – some management a plus.
  • Commitment to role model and lead a successful sales environment.
  • Strong communication and organization skills.
  • Experience with selling and leading a sales floor.
