Responsibilities
- Floor Leader on Duty:
- Be a role model to others in providing exceptional Guest service
- Guide, support, and direct a team of associates to ensure smooth store operations
- Model Experience First behaviors
- Provide feedback to the management team
- Address performance and compliance issues
- Bear Builder:
- Engage with Guests actively

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Available to work 15-25 hours per week
Qualifications
- Build-A-Bear store associate experience
- Associate’s (or higher) degree in business, management, or a related field
