Responsibilities
- Floor Leader on Duty: Guide, support, and direct a team of associates to ensure smooth store operations and the achievement of sales goals. Model Experience First behaviors and provide feedback to the management team.
- Bear Builder: Provide exceptional Guest service by actively engaging with Guests, fostering positive interactions, and ensuring each Guest leaves satisfied.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Availability to work 15-25 hours per week
Qualifications
- Build-A-Bear store associate experience
- Associate’s (or higher) degree in business, management, or a related field
