Part Time Sales Lead - Cross County Center

Responsibilities

• Floor Leader on Duty: Guide, support, and direct a team of associates to ensure smooth store operations and the achievement of sales goals. Model Experience First behaviors. Provide feedback to the management team to make them aware of performance and compliance issues.
• Bear Builder: Provide exceptional Guest service by actively engaging with Guests, fostering positive interactions, and ensuring each Guest leaves satisfied. Uphold operational excellence by meeting brand standards and guidelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Available to work 15-25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Build-A-Bear store associate experience.
• Associate’s (or higher) degree in business, management, or a related field preferred.
