Part Time Sales Lead

About the Role

The Sales Lead will be the ultimate Pandora Fan, fully immersing yourself in our brand, culture, and product. You will support both Managers and Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive in-store success. This role requires the completion of an assessment emailed after application submission.

• Coach and inspire the sales team, providing real-time feedback to empower them in achieving KPI goals.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on care and connection.
• Ability to engage and charm audiences at all organizational levels.
• Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results.
• Mastery of time management, prioritization, and delegation.
• Proficiency in general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point-of-sale systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.

Pay

$17.45 - $21.85 per hour, commensurate with experience.
