Part Time Sales Lead
About the Role
The Sales Lead will be the ultimate Pandora Fan, fully immersing themselves in our brand, culture, and product. This role supports both Managers and Sales Associates to drive in-store success. An assessment will be required as part of the application process.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer care.
- Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
- Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results.
- Mastery of time management, prioritization, and delegation.
- Proficiency in general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point-of-sale systems.
- Must be at least 18 years or older with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.

$17.45 per hour - $21.85 per hour, commensurate with experience.
