About the role
Join our team at Comparion Insurance as a Sales Representative. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about helping customers navigate their insurance needs and providing excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by contacting potential clients and presenting products and services.
- Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding insurance policies and products.
- Handle inquiries and complaints from existing and potential customers.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
