Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by contacting potential clients and presenting products and services.
  • Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding insurance policies and products.
  • Handle inquiries and complaints from existing and potential customers.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the insurance industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
