Demonstrated Duties
- Greet and assist guests in selecting and purchasing merchandise.
- Enter guest data and other sales data into POS system completely and accurately, obtaining proper signatures on guest sales.
- Present jewelry from stock/cases to guests and replace items in correct areas after sale completion.
- Repair, polish, or solder jewelry (if over 18 years old).
- Utilize GUESTS program during interactions with guests on the sales floor or phone and when handling guest-owned jewelry.
- Provide knowledgeable service to guests on product information using in-store tools and training materials.
- Box and wrap sales for gift presentation.
Qualifications
- Good communication skills.
- Good organizational skills and time management.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and manage frequent interruptions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly learn new technology.
- Strong problem diagnosis skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Enthusiastic, willing to learn, and contributes to a positive team spirit.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous retail sales or guest service experience.
