About the role

We are currently hiring Sales Associates to help transform community donations into funding for our core social programs. Our mission is to make a positive impact in people's lives by providing essential services.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers in the front of the store.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in the store.
• Collect, sort, and price donated goods in the back of the store.
• Ring up customer purchases in the front of the store.
• Merchandise donated goods to attract customers.

Requirements

• Dependable and able to work independently.
• Able to overcome obstacles and problem solve.
• Flexible to work in both the front and back of the store.
• Quick learner and a team player.
• Patient and friendly, with a customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
