POSITION PROFILE Position Title: Part-time Sales Associates (Seasonal) Location: Boston (Wrentham Outlets) Objective Joseph Ribkoff is seeking a style‑driven Part‑Time Sales Associate (Seasonal) to support the sales team and deliver an elevated customer experience. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fashion who enjoys client interaction, working as part of a team, and contributing to overall store success on a flexible, part‑time schedule. Responsibilities Provide friendly, personalized customer service and styling supportAssist customers by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate productsSupport the team in achieving daily and weekly sales targetsHelp maintain store visual standards and overall presentationProcess sales transactions accurately using the POS systemAssist with inventory tasks such as restocking, replenishment, and receiving merchandiseContribute to general store organization and upkeepFollow all company policies, procedures, and loss prevention standards Required Qualifications Previous retail or fashion experience an asset, but not requiredFriendly, approachable, and professional with a positive attitudeCustomer‑focused with an interest in sales and fashionWillingness to learn product knowledge and brand standardsAble to work collaboratively in a team environmentComfortable in a fast‑paced retail settingFlexible availability, including evenings and weekends Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 20 lbs.
