Sam Edelman is seeking a Sales Associate to join their highly creative, forward-thinking team in providing a world-class customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Elevate the Store Experience: Assist in the overall shopping experience for all Sam Edelman clients utilizing the “The Sam Style” model, and providing an inviting world-class experience with a customer-first approach. Actively engage and build relationships with customers.
- Deliver on Visual Merchandising Standards: Assist store leadership with executing product placement and visual standards consistent with company guidelines and expectations. You’ll do your part to keep the store clean, organized, safe, and easily shoppable.
- Drive with Passion: Meet performance metrics by exhibiting a passion and enthusiasm for the brand and embracing and promoting company initiatives, contests, and strategies. Deliver clear, concise, and timely communication to Store Team & Store Sales Manager.
- Embody Respect and Professionalism: Engage in our professional store culture where all associates’ contributions are valued, respected, and appreciated.
- Completes other projects and assignments as directed by management.
Requirements
- Able to build constructive and effective relationships within store.
- Demonstrates an ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
- Must exercise independent judgment and discretion partnering with Store Sales Manager and/or Assistant Managers, as needed.
- Working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
- Regularly walk, stand, stoop, kneel, climb, push, pull, and perform repetitive lifting.
- Mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time.
Skills
- Confident, proactive, and trend-savvy.
- Previous experience working with a luxury or contemporary fashion brand.
- Strong sales-driving abilities.
- Enjoys spending time on the floor working with your team and clients.

Pay
