This is a unique dual role where you'll combine your passion for early childhood development with your knack for connecting families to programs they'll love. The ideal candidate will start as a sales associate and preschool assistant and move into full teacher training within a few months when ready! Responsibilities: Assist in facilitating Gymboree Play & Music classes for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged childrenEngage with parents and caregivers to promote enrollment in classes and programsSupport lead instructors in delivering age-appropriate activities focused on play-based learningGreet and check in families, ensuring a welcoming and positive experienceHandle sales transactions, memberships, and class registrations at the front deskMaintain a clean, safe, and organized play and classroom environmentBuild lasting relationships with families to encourage retention and referrals Requirements: No direct prior experience is necessary other than a genuine love of children and a clean background checkStrong customer service and sales skills with a friendly, approachable demeanorExcellent communication skills with both children and adultsEnergetic, patient, and passionate about early childhood developmentAbility to multitask between classroom assistance and front desk/sales responsibilitiesAvailability on weekends and some weekday mornings preferred About Us: Gymboree Play & Music has been a trusted leader in early childhood enrichment for decades, offering play, music, and learning programs designed to support child development from birth through age 5.
