Part Time, Sales Associate - King of Prussia Mall
About the role
At Charles Tyrwhitt, our purpose is to “Make it easy for men to dress well.” We’re looking for a Sales Associate to join Julie at our KOP store, delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to store operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a warm welcome and provide expert product advice to create memorable shopping experiences.
- Ensure a smooth and friendly checkout process.
- Participate in hands-on training to grow knowledge of menswear styling, measuring, and creating polished looks.
- Assist with general store operations, including restocking and handling shipments to maintain store presentation.
Requirements
- Customer service experience, preferably in a premium retail environment.
- Enthusiastic personality with a driven, can-do attitude and pride in appearance.
- Previous retail leadership experience (from any retail sector).
- Work authorization to work in person within the United States.
