Part-Time Sales Associate - Hinckley, MN $15.00/hr

About the role

We are currently hiring Sales Associates to help transform community donations into funding for our core social programs. Our Sales Associates provide support in both the front and back of the store, including cashiering, customer service, donation collection, pricing, and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Ring up customer purchases
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Collect, sort, and price donated goods
• Offer exceptional customer service
• Support in merchandising donated goods
• Work independently and problem solve

Qualifications

Pay

$15.00 per hour (non-exempt)

Schedule

Operating Hours: Monday - Friday 9AM to 7PM, Saturdays 9AM to 6PM and Sundays 11AM to 5PM, with rotating weekend shifts and shorter holiday hours
