About the role
We are currently hiring Sales Associates to help transform community donations into funding for our core social programs. Our Sales Associates provide support in both the front and back of the store, including cashiering, customer service, donation collection, pricing, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Responsibilities
- Ring up customer purchases
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Collect, sort, and price donated goods
- Offer exceptional customer service
- Support in merchandising donated goods
- Operate in both the front and back of the store
Requirements

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail or customer service preferred
