Responsibilities

• Ace Retail Operations: Ensure daily store tasks are completed efficiently, keeping the store running smoothly.

Requirements

You must have:

• A High School Diploma or GED
• The ability to build constructive and effective relationships within the store
• An ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels
• A strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
• The ability to work effectively within a team
• The ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques
• Regularly walk, stand, stoop, kneel, climb, push, pull, and perform repetitive lifting
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
