As a Sales Associate, you’ll be passionate about providing the best shoe store experience for every customer.

Responsibilities

• Ace Retail Operations: Ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory) are dialed in, keeping the store running smoothly.
• Utilize company standards to maintain a clean, organized, and accessible store environment.
• Be a Famous Culture Influencer: Provide stellar customer engagement, ensuring customers leave the store with the perfect fit and a sense of the Famous Feeling.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to build constructive and effective relationships within the store
• Demonstrated ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion partnering with the Store Sales Manager as needed
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours

Qualifications

• Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. from floor level to above shoulder height utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques
• Meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time

Pay

Starting pay is determined by several factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. The actual pay rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
