Responsibilities

• Ace Retail Operations: Ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment, and inventory) are executed efficiently to keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable.
• Be a Famous Culture Influencer: Champion the company culture by delivering stellar customer engagement and consistently top-notch experiences.
• Elevate to Your Goal-Crushing Era: Drive sales with purpose and urgency, review store performance, and communicate clearly and timely with the team to achieve goals.
• Act with Integrity: Adhere to company policies and procedures, seek feedback for professional development, and maintain high standards.
• Bring the Positive Vibes: Foster a diverse and inclusive work environment, maintain a proactive mindset, and support teammates through training and development.
• Be a Shoe-off: Assist customers in finding the perfect styles and fit, making shoe recommendations to ensure they leave with the "Famous Feeling."
• Perform other responsibilities as needed to meet business needs, including overtime hours when required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (preferred).
• Able to build constructive and effective relationships within the store.
• Demonstrates positive communication with store associates at all levels.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. from floor level to above shoulder height using appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
• Ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time.
