As a Sales Associate, you'll be passionate about providing the best shoe store experience for every customer.

Responsibilities

• Ace Retail Operations: Ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory) are dialed in, keeping the store running smoothly.
• Utilize company standards to maintain a clean, organized, and accessible store environment.
• Be a Famous Culture Influencer: Champion our Famous culture by embodying the behaviors that power our Customer Connection. Provide stellar customer engagement, ensuring customers are wowed with consistently top-notch experiences.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Able to build constructive and effective relationships within the store
• Demonstrates an ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels
• Exercises independent judgment and discretion partnering with the Store Sales Manager as needed
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
• Works effectively within a team
• Works a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. from floor level to above shoulder height utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques
• Regularly walks, stands, stoops, kneels, climbs, pushes, pulls, and performs repetitive lifting
• Meets demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
• Moves around the sales floor for extended periods of time

Pay

Starting pay is determined by several factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. The actual pay rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
