Responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring processes and policies are followed in a professional environment.
- Provide a terrific engagement experience to our customers on a consistent basis.
- Contributes consistently to make work fun and engaging for team members and customers.
- Perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and support store operations.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Able to communicate clearly with customers and associates in person and via e-mail and telephone.
- Intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds and stand/move for entire shift.
- Lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist and safely climb up/down a ladder.
Scheduling Requirements
- Up to 24 hours per week
- Up to 8-hour shifts
- Flexibility for Evening/Night shifts
- Sunday-Saturday shifts
- Some holidays (closed Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day)
