Part-Time Sales Associate (Columbia, SC)

About the role

The Sales Associate is responsible for leasing self-storage units, collecting rent and maintaining the facility. This is a fun, sales focused job with a wide variety of office & onsite duties working directly with the public.

Responsibilities

• Leasing self-storage units – keeping the office open during posted hours and answering the phone
• Collecting rent from tenants – accurately processing payments in the leasing office & over the phone
• Maintaining the storage facility – keeping the leasing office clean & neat as well as maintaining all vacant self-storage units in rent ready condition

Schedule

Part Time Position – up to 29 hours per week – weekend & holiday availability required

Pay

Competitive hourly rate of pay. Monthly $15.00 per lease bonus.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum age of 21 years’ old
• Must own Reliable Transportation
• Must have a Valid and maintain State Driver’s License
• Background & Driving Record Check, Pre-Employment Drug Screen & Physical Required

The location will be at our new Ample Storage facility, 5622 Two Notch Road in Columbia, SC.
